Learnmaxxx Privacy Policy

Learnmaxxx is a learning app made by genzjutsu, operated by TODO: your full legal name ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Learnmaxxx, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@genzjutsu.com.

The short version: we collect only what the app needs to work, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

Email address and password	To create your account and let you sign in. Your password is stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider.
Display name	To personalise the app.
Learning content and progress (topics, lessons or cards you study, answers, scores, streaks)	To run the app's core features and show your progress.
Technical logs (IP address, device and app information, request times)	Recorded automatically by our hosting provider for security and to fix problems.

What we don't collect

No advertising or advertising identifiers.
No third-party analytics or tracking tools.
No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.
No sale or rental of your personal data, ever.

How we use your information

Only to provide the app's features, keep the service secure, respond when you contact us, and meet legal obligations. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on performance of a contract (to provide the app) and our legitimate interest in security.

Who we share it with

Supabase, which hosts our database and handles sign-in. Data is stored in TODO: where Learnmaxxx data is stored.
Apple and Google, which distribute the app and process any purchases.
Cloudflare and Google (Gmail), which host our website and forward emails you send us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our users' rights and safety.

How long we keep it

Account and learning data is kept while you have an account and deleted when you delete it (normally immediately, and within 30 days). Backups are overwritten within 30 more days, and technical logs are kept for no more than 90 days.

Your choices and rights

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by email; see delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or restrict the use of your data. Email support@genzjutsu.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Learnmaxxx is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA and UK).

Changes and contact

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes.
