Delete your Streakzy account

This page explains how to delete your Streakzy account (developer: genzjutsu) and what happens to your data.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Streakzy and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away and you're signed out.

Can't access the app? Ask us by email

Email support@genzjutsu.com from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so no one else can delete your account.

What gets deleted

Your account (email address, password and display name)
All your habits, schedules and completion history
Your friend code, friends and friend requests
Your gems, streak freezes and quest progress

Settings stored only on your device (reminders, quiet hours, theme and widget) are removed when you uninstall the app.

What we may keep, and for how long

Encrypted backups: deleted data can remain in backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
Server logs (IP address and device information): kept for up to 90 days for security, then deleted.
Emails you sent us: kept only as long as needed to handle your request, unless the law requires otherwise.

Deleting your account can't be undone. Gems, streak freezes and streaks are lost and can't be restored. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account too, since deleting your account doesn't cancel store billing.
