Streakzy Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TODO: your full legal name, trading as genzjutsu ("we", "us"), and apply when you use the Streakzy app. By creating an account or using Streakzy, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who can use Streakzy

You must be at least 13 years old (at least 16 in the EU/EEA and UK, unless your country sets a lower age for using online services without parental consent). If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Give us a real email address you can access, since we use it for sign-in and account recovery. Tell us at support@genzjutsu.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Display names and friends

Your display name is visible to the people you connect with. Don't use a display name, or behave in a way, that:

impersonates another person or organisation;
is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or threatening;
infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law;
is used for spam, advertising, or scams.

We may change or remove a display name that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do. Please report abuse to support@genzjutsu.com.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Streakzy. In particular, don't try to access other users' data, disrupt or overload our servers, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, exploit bugs to gain gems or other items, or use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the app.

5. Gems, streak freezes and other virtual items

Streakzy includes virtual items such as gems and streak freezes. These items:

have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another account;
are a limited licence to use a feature in the app, not property you own;
may be adjusted, rebalanced, or discontinued as we develop the app, and are lost if your account is deleted.

We may correct balances that resulted from an error or from breaking these terms.

6. Paid features

We may offer optional paid features (such as a Streakzy+ subscription) in the future. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also governed by their terms, including billing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings. Prices and what's included will be shown before you buy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.

7. Not medical advice

Streakzy is a general tool for building habits. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, psychological, or professional advice. Don't rely on it for medication schedules or any health decision where a missed reminder could cause harm. Reminders depend on your device's settings and may not always be delivered. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any health-related routine.

8. Your content

Your habits, display name and other content stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run Streakzy for you and to show them to the friends you choose. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

9. Our app

Streakzy, including its design, code and branding, belongs to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

10. Changes and availability

We're constantly improving Streakzy, so features may change, and we may suspend or stop the service. If we plan to shut Streakzy down, we'll try to give reasonable notice in the app. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use Streakzy after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using Streakzy and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account, or see delete your account). We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if required by law, or to protect other users, and we'll tell you why where we reasonably can. Sections 5, 7, 12, 13 and 14 continue to apply after your account ends.

12. Disclaimer

Streakzy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data (including streaks) will never be lost.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, streaks, or virtual items. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Streakzy is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by TODO: the laws of your country. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
